Below are recipes that will be quick and easy. I will try to add pictures whenever I make something from this list.
I buy Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread (greasy bread as Taylor calls it) instead of French Bread. It already has some butter and garlic on it which adds to the taste. Buy pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and whatever toppings you like. Bake according to bread directions. This was a BIG hit with the whole family and pretty cheap.
Another family favorite. Didn't have to beg anyone to eat on this night.
Ingredients: 1-2 lbs ground beaf, refried beans, cheese, large flour tortillas |
Brown ground beef (I used 2.25 lbs) then add taco seasoning and water. Open refried beans and warm on stove. While this is cooking, cut out circles from your tortillas using a large mouth glass. Place tortillas in muffin tin, add beans to bottom, then beef, then cheese. Heat in oven until cheese is melted.
You can heat it up with salsa in your ground beef or add salsa before topping with cheese.

Bring broth to a boil; add tortellini, reduce heat and cover; Simmer 8-10 minutes - DO NOT DRAIN
